The Central of Modern College of Science and Commerce,was established in the year 2002. Since then library has made consistent progress in terms of collection of books, periodicals, CDs, E-resources, services and Infrastructure provided.
The purpose of a library is to freely disseminate knowledge. Our library is therefore operated on a need-based approach rather than the usual rules-based treatment given to students everywhere. We allow open access to the collection and encourage students to browse through the stacks.

- The College Canteen facilities are for the students and the staff members of the five institutions in the Modern College Campus.
- The Canteen Hall is used only for the Breakfast and Lunch at such timings as notified.
- Outsiders are not permitted in the Canteen.
- The Canteen are mainly under the control of the Secretary of the Modern Education Society who enters into a contract with a party which in turn runs the canteen. The difficulties and complaints if any should proceed through proper channel.
- All Canteen matters are placed before the Canteen Committee.
